F (absently): "Ummm..... [pause] ....... hmmm....."

F (vaguely): "We did some projects."

Perking up at the mature-sounding nature of his response and noticing his mother's distinct surprise at getting a response other than the stock answer of "nothing," he creatively embellishes:

F: "Yeah, we watched Project Runway."
